User Edit Menu
Role: ADMIN allows to edit the lines, markers and manage other users
Role: USER allows only to edit markers in allowed lines.
E-mail address is used for identifycation of the user as the owner of the uploaded "Line" in a web application running in the cloud data center.
Marker Database application uses "cloud username" and "cloud password" for log in to the web application while sending or downloading the data.
